Roger and Obina train among the starters
Joel Santana selected an attacking team in training this Thursday (22/11).
By Flamengo Archive - inCoach Joel Santana repeated yesterday afternoon's activity at Granja Comary, and organized another training session to prepare the team for the decisive game against Atlético-PR, which could guarantee a place in the 2008 Copa Libertadores.
Unlike yesterday's training session (11/21), when he fielded a more defensive team, with Léo Medeiros among the starters, Joel Santana innovated in training, and fielded a very offensive formation.
Roger and Obina started the training session among the starters, with Jaílton training among the reserves. The team that began training was: Bruno, Léo Moura, Fábio Luciano, Ronaldo Angelim, and Juan; Cristian, Ibson, Roger, and Renato Augusto; Souza and Obina.
The team showed good movement, and the standout performer ended up being Renato Augusto, who scored both goals for the starting lineup. At the end of training, Joel changed the lineup, replacing Roger and Obina with Jailton and Léo Medeiros, thus moving Renato Augusto to form the attacking duo with Souza.
Fábio Luciano, who did not participate in yesterday's training at Granja, due to a strong flu, trained normally, and is guaranteed for the game on Sunday (25/11), against Atlético-PR, at Maracanã.
