Rogério Ceni is the new coach of Flamengo
Coach signed a contract with Mais Querido until December 2021 and will be presented this Tuesday
By Flamengo Communication - inRogério Ceni is Flamengo's new coach, replacing Spaniard Domènec Torrent. Ceni arrived in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday morning and signed a contract with Flamengo until December 2021.
The former Fortaleza coach will hold a press conference at 13:30 p.m. at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center. You can watch it on Fla TV.
At Fortaleza, Rogério won two Ceará state championships, a Copa do Nordeste title, and a Série B Brazilian Championship title. He coached the Ceará club for 153 games, winning 81, drawing 33, and losing 39. He had a 60,1% success rate. He also coached São Paulo and Cruzeiro.
