The expectation was that Renato Abreu and Leandro Amaral were observed until the end of the week, but in the first training session after the match against Corinthians, on Tuesday afternoon (10.08), coach Rogério Lourenço already revealed his desire to count on both players, and if possible from the start, in next Saturday's game (14.08), against Ceará. According to Rogério, there is a very good chance that they will be on the field against the Ceará team.

"I can say there's a 99% chance they'll both be in the match on Saturday. We'll see during training this week and have a better position on Thursday whether it's better to start or come on as the match progresses. They'll both greatly improve our squad. With their quality, things tend to get better for everyone. It's a mechanism that ends up helping everyone. Optimistically, I want them both to start the match," he said.

The coach also believes that the fact that Leandro Amaral not having played in Tuesday's training match against Bangu will not disrupt the striker's schedule so that he can debut next Saturday.

"He already had a great week of training last week. Not having trained today won't set him back at all. Of course, it would be better if he could participate, but I don't think it will be a problem. It's also obvious that we can't expect 100% from them just yet," noted the coach, who pointed to willpower as a key factor in both players' debuts.

"It's obvious that Renato isn't 100%, but his will and desire are very important. Both he and Leandro Amaral want a lot, and that's very important too. Willpower can help them excel," he concluded.
