Coach Rogério Lourenço led another collective training session on Thursday afternoon (12.08), at Ninho do Urubu, the club's training center, in Vargem Grande. The commander kept the team he selected in Wednesday's activity (11.08), with Welinton forming the defensive duo with Ronaldo Angelim and with the debutants Renato Abreu, in the middle, and Leandro Amaral, in the attack, as starters.

Even if he is eligible to play with the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), defender David, by all indications, should not start in Saturday's (14.08) match against Ceará, at Maracanã. The team formed by Rogério had Marcelo Lomba, Leonardo Moura, Welinton, Ronaldo Angelim and Juan; Correa, Willians, Renato Abreu and Petkovic; Leandro Amaral and Val Baiano.

Rogério stopped the activity several times to give instructions to the players and emphasized the importance of the first team players marking the ball out of the reserves, who trained with Paulo Victor, Everton Silva, David, Thiago Sales and Rodrigo Alvim; Toró, Maldonado, Fernando and Saba; Marquinhos and Cristian Borja.

In the second half of the season, Flamengo's coach made some changes to the starting lineup. Galhardo and Vinícius Pacheco replaced Renato Abreu and Petkovic.
