Rogério is not worried about 'reformulation'

In his first job with a professional team as a coach, the former Flamengo defender knows how the transfer market works, especially during this period, and shows no concern about the departure of some players.
"If we have to face player departures later on, it won't be the end of the world. This happens in football every year. What I can say is that I've seen Flamengo's commitment to maintaining a strong squad, to fight for titles and fill possible absences," explained Rogério, without fearing a 'lack of quality' in attack with Adriano's possible departure.
"To have an attacking team, you don't need to field two or three strikers. Sometimes, with a dedicated striker, you can build a team that can attack. It really depends on the players and the time you have to train a team. I can guarantee that I will always field the best team for the club in that match," said the Flamengo coach.
Still questioned about his fear of being removed from his position as Flamengo coach, Rogério reiterated that he has the support of the board and that he is not worried about it.
"I always say, every time I'm asked, that the board is the one that keeps a team's coach in their position. I don't think I was quite clear, so I'll repeat. After the match against Corinthians, we reached an agreement and I was made permanent here. I'm not worried about hearsay. That's the life of a coach. Anyone can leave their position today or tomorrow. They said a lot. They said my contract was still in the drawer, but I feel quite at peace," he concluded.
