Ronaldinho Gaúcho and Thiago Neves. The two stars recently signed by Flamengo, despite appearances since they have never played together at any club, are already showing great chemistry. The former was presented last Wednesday (January 12.01th) at Gávea. The latter, at the same location, a day later. Furthermore, they traveled together to Londrina (PR), where the Flamengo squad is holding its pre-season training, and upon arrival, they are sharing a hotel room.

But the rapport between Flamengo's number 7 and 10 players didn't just develop in these few days. They already had the opportunity to meet before, playing for the Brazilian national team during the Beijing Olympics in 2008. The result wasn't what either of them expected, just like all Brazilian fans, but at least it served to build a friendship full of mutual admiration.
