Match at Arena Pantanal is valid for the ninth round of the Brazilian Championship

This Sunday (28.06), at 18:30 pm, Flamengo takes to the field for the ninth round of the Brazilian Championship, against Vasco. The Clássico dos Milhões will be in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, at Arena Pantanal.

Rubro-Negro relies on the strength of the Nation of the Central-West, which gave the team a warm welcome and was present at training in the city, on the morning of this Saturday (27.06). Check out the photo gallery.

Preparation

After the defeat to Atlético-MG at Maracanã, the coach Cristóvão Borges gave a press conference and spoke of his expectations for the derby. "A vital game for both teams. It's a shame we had this difficulty in fitting in today (Saturday). I have no doubt about the team's progress, but confidence is gained with positive results. We'll try to change this situation by aiming to perform well in a regional derby, a rivalry," he stated.
