Last Monday (19) was special for the Under-15 Ninho Boys. The professional team's coach, Jorge Sampaoli, visited the facilities that house the youth teams of the red-black football team, at the George Helal Training Center, talked to the youngsters about his concepts and led an activity on the field.

The Argentine was accompanied by members of his coaching staff, leading the main team, and athletes Filipe Luís and David Luiz, who also shared their knowledge and words of encouragement to the boys.

"It's a unique experience for me, training with the young people and sharing my experience. I'm incredibly grateful. This is the first time, and it won't be the last," said Sampaoli during the induction session. The coach was followed by his players in the professional squad.

"The greatest gift a player, a person, can have is their ability to learn. That makes all the difference. If you have the curiosity to always keep learning, you'll never stop. We learn something new every day," advised the Mais Querido left-back.

"It's a great privilege to be with you today, enjoying and remembering many of the experiences we've had in the past. Take this opportunity as the opportunity of a lifetime, not only in football, but also in discipline and respect. And to grow as men, which is the most important thing," concluded the Flamengo defender.
