Friday of intense work at the CT
The squad continues to perform preseason training at Ninho do Urubu

Continuing the work in this first week of training after the ten-day break, the red-black squad trained hard on the afternoon of this Friday (29), at Ninho do Urubu. The work is being led by Maurício Barbieri and the entire club's technical committee.
Training sessions once again took place on Field 4 of the George Helal Training Center. Barbieri took advantage of the afternoon's activities to work on the players' tactical and technical skills. Assistant coach Maurício Souza also led specific training sessions for part of the squad.
During the offensive movement training session, a beautiful goal by Jean Lucas caught everyone's attention. Also participating was striker Fernando Uribe, who scored a few goals and performed well in the training session.
Orlando Berrío, Rhodolfo, and Willian Arão continued their recovery processes with the club's medical department. Each athlete completed a specific exercise and ended the day with post-workout exercises at CEP FLA.
Flamengo will play a training match this Saturday morning (30), at 10 am, against Bangu. Before the ball rolls, the athletes will carry out some work that the coaching staff has planned for the day of activities at the CT.
