Fans will have their ticket cards available for Flamengo vs. LDU
Benefit is released again in the continental competition with support from BEPE
By Communication - Flamengo - inAfter a season of bans on knockout matches, Flamengo's fan cards will once again be used by members for high-profile matches. After working with the Special Stadium Policing Battalion (BEPE) of the Rio de Janeiro State Prosecutor's Office (PMERJ), the club secured the benefit for the match against LDU on March 13th at Maracanã.
Fan members with an active ticket card and a ticket purchased for the match will have their ticket charged normally and will be able to access the stadium by swiping their card at the turnstiles.
The benefit was regained in partnership with public security agencies, which agreed to use the match as a test. The ticket card was banned from high-profile matches in 2018 due to the chaos surrounding the 2017 Copa Sudamericana final. As a result, fan club members had to withdraw their tickets for CONMEBOL Libertadores and Copa do Brasil matches last year.
Clube de Regatas do Flamengo is deeply grateful to BEPE and PMERJ for their partnership and trust. The club reiterates its commitment to the comfort and well-being of its fans and works hard to ensure that every Flamengo fan always has the best experience.
The nation is urged to cooperate with the club and law enforcement agencies. This benefit has been reclaimed in the name of trust that the World's Biggest Fanbase will put on the best show possible: with grit, love, passion, peace, and respect.
