Preparing for Sunday's classic against Fluminense, Flamengo's under-23 team and the players who didn't start against Grêmio Prudente midweek played a training match at Gávea. The starters from last Wednesday's game did regenerative activities on the field and in the gym.

The under-23 team maintained the same lineup as Thursday's practice match, with Vinícius, Lenon, Welinton, Henrique and Saba; Rômulo, Antônio, Leo Medeiros and Camacho; Marquinhos and Cristian Borja. The reserves for the main team, in turn, lined up with Diego Lima, Galhardo, Lucas, David and Everton Silva; Maldonado, Willians, Fernando and Vinícius Pacheco; Diego Maurício and Val Baiano.

During the activity, Dudu, Vander, Amendoim and other members of the under-23 team also took to the field. Diogo, Jean, Toró, Angelim, Michael, Renato, Fierro, Kleberson and Correa worked on their physical conditioning, while goalkeeper Marcelo Lomba trained separately with Cantareli. Juan, with pain in his left ankle, remained in the Medical Department.
