While much of the red-and-black squad trains at Ninho do Urubu, Gávea also hosts important professional football activities. This Wednesday afternoon, Serbian Pekovic and Chilean Maldonado are training at the club's headquarters. Pet runs on the pitch under the supervision of fitness coach Alexandre Haicki, while Maldonado is taking a pool session with another coach, Daniel Jovin.

Additionally, the club's marketing department and press office are working to finalize a brochure that will be distributed to the press at Copa Libertadores da América matches. Four players took photos for the brochure: youngsters Rafael Galhardo, Jorbison, and Vitor Saba, as well as Pet himself—who was only photographed after shaving. The rest of the group was photographed after Tuesday's training session at Ninho do Urubu.

"We still don't know if we'll train with the professional team or the juniors, and if we'll be registered for the Libertadores, but we're working hard," said Galhardo, who did activities with his youth teammates at Ninho do Urubu in the morning.
