Afternoon reunion for Deivid and Luxemburgo
Striker and new red-black coach worked together at Santos and Cruzeiro

The former, as a center forward, has already won two Brazilian league titles, one Copa do Brasil, one Minas Gerais state championship, and one Rio-São Paulo tournament. The coach boasts five Brazilian league titles, one Copa do Brasil, eight São Paulo state championships, two Rio-São Paulo tournaments, and one Minas Gerais state championship. And amidst so many achievements, the two have already worked together and won trophies wearing the jerseys of Cruzeiro in 2003 and Santos in 2004.
\In the Minas Gerais team, they won three titles in a single season: the Minas Gerais State Championship, the Copa do Brasil, and the Brazilian Championship, which they won again the following year with the São Paulo team. Therefore, Deivid was looking forward to reuniting with the coach. Now, wearing the colors of Flamengo, a club that both he and Luxemburgo have always supported, they hope to repeat this success.
\"Hopefully we can repeat that here. I'm very happy with his arrival and I'm sure he can help us a lot. I had great seasons working with Luxemburgo, we won titles together and we'll do everything we can to make that happen again, now with Flamengo," he said.
\The striker has nothing but praise for the work of the "new old" coach. According to him, Luxemburgo's experience and his background in the world of football, both as a player and as a coach, can make all the difference when it comes to managing a team.

\In his first training session in charge of Flamengo, Luxemburgo already... defined a likely lineup for the match on Thursday (October 07.10th), against Atlético-GO, and Deivid is among the starters.
