Highly praised by Flamengo's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Marcio Tannure, the Olympic Sports Strength Training Center welcomed the red-black football squad on Monday afternoon (18.01). After the first period of training in the morning, the group returned to the Gávea headquarters for physical work.

After training in the gym, the players went to the field at José Bastos Padilha Stadium. The technical activity took place on a reduced-size field, with the squad divided into two teams and goalkeepers on the line, with everyone participating. The work aimed to improve ball handling, control, and speed. Afterwards, training continued on only one half of the field; on the other, the starters worked on positioning in the penalty area for corner kicks, with Paulo Victor in goal.

Meanwhile, Kayke, who is recovering from an injury, stayed in the club's pool under the supervision of physiotherapist Mario Peixoto.
