As he got to know the facilities, the 62-year-old from Rio Grande do Sul spoke to FlaTV and highlighted Mengão's structure, demonstrating pride in wearing the Sacred Mantle.

"I'm proud! It's a huge responsibility and a professional challenge. The structure allows you to achieve the highest quality work possible. The high level that Flamengo demands. I hope to be able to do this work together," said the new commander.

"May I have Tite's ability as a professional, but first, Adenor's, as a person, to represent them. The dignity, strength, and hard work so we can deserve success. Being better than others is our goal. Being better than ourselves is perhaps even better."

Tite arrives at Rubro-Negro with the following professionals: assistants Matheus Bachi, Cléber Xavier and César Sampaio, physical trainer Fábio Mahseredjian, and performance analyst Lucas Oliveira.

The new coaching staff will lead the first training session this afternoon, when the squad will regroup to begin preparations for the match against Cruzeiro. The match, part of the 27th round of the Brasileirão, will be played on October 19th at 19 pm at Mineirão Stadium.
