Flamengo announced on Monday night (9) the hiring of coach Tite. The former Brazilian national team commander signed a contract with Rubro-Negro until December 2024. He arrives to take over the team in this final stretch of the Brasileirão and throughout the season next year.

In mid-2016, Tite was announced as coach of the Brazilian national team and led the national team in the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. With Brazil, he won the 2019 Copa América. He played 81 games, with 60 wins, 15 draws and only six losses.
