Holders win the collective in Granja

By Flamengo Archive - inCoach Joel Santana organized a training session this Wednesday afternoon (21/11), at Granja Comary, in Teresópolis. In the cold of the mountains, the commander tested some formations for the match on Sunday (25/11), against Atlético-PR, at Maracanã.
In the activity, which lasted about an hour and a half, the players competed in a balanced collective game.
Léo Medeiros started training among the starters, replacing Toró, who was suspended for three yellow cards. During the training session, Joel made two changes to the starting lineup, taking off Jaílton and Léo Medeiros and bringing on Roger and Obina.
Striker Obina scored the only goal in the starters' 1-0 victory. Coach Joel Santana praised the training session and spoke of the importance of a victory on Sunday.
- "The team is in good form. A victory on Sunday will be very important for us to achieve our ultimate goal, which is a place in the Libertadores."
Defender and captain Fábio Luciano did not participate in training, as he woke up with a bad case of the flu, and had to rest at the hotel.
