Flamengo's squad returned to Gávea on Tuesday morning. The red-and-black team began preparing for their next Brazilian Championship match, on Sunday, against São Paulo at Morumbi Stadium.

Cuca led a technical training session for the squad. The coach worked on movement, passing, finishing, and marking. Juan, with pain in his right knee, remained in the weight room, but is not a concern for Sunday. Toró underwent an MRI and was diagnosed with a grade 2 injury in his left thigh. The midfielder is doubtful.

Coach Cuca will not be able to count on Kleberson, Aírton and Emerson for the match against São Paulo.

In the afternoon, the technical committee will lead a training session on Leblon beach (in front of Av. Afrânio de Melo Franco).
