This Thursday (20), the red-black squad returned to CT George Helal, in Vargem Grande, to continue preparing for the next challenge of Mais Querido in the Brazilian Championship. The work began with an attack versus defense activity using only half of the pitch and, subsequently, ended with a collective training session.

After completing the muscle activation exercises, performed at Flamengo's Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA), and the warm-up, Zé Ricardo led tactical work on Field 1. Initially, the focus was specifically on building offensive plays, both on the wings and through the center, and on defensive recovery in case of loss of possession.
During the team training session, these fundamentals, initially worked on, were put into practice. In this activity, the Flamengo coach tested some possibilities for the starting lineup against Corinthians, considering the injury to striker Éverton.
Flamengo will face the São Paulo team this Sunday (23), in a match that will mark the return of Mais Querido to Maracanã. The game will start at 17 pm.
