During training this Friday (September 28th) in Gávea, Flamengo players played a lively "rachão" (soccer match). During the activity, the red team of Roger, Maxi, Bruno, and Juan (as goalkeeper) defeated the green team of Ibson, Souza, Fábio Luciano, and "goalkeeper" Obina. The Bahian striker tried to avoid defeat with some fine saves, but the red team ultimately came out on top.

Immediately after the break, coach Joel Santana worked on finishing and crossing. Joel positioned full-backs Léo Moura and Luizinho on the right wing, and Juan and Egídio on the left, passing the ball into the box for the other players.

After training, midfielder Jaílton and full-back Juan practiced free kicks with goalkeeper Bruno.

Midfielder Renato Augusto, who is returning from injury, trained separately from the rest of the group with one of the fitness coaches.

The bad news from training was defender Ronaldo Angelim, who suffered a cut on his right leg during training. If the athlete does not recover for the match against Atlético-MG, tomorrow (28/09), at Maracanã, coach Joel Santana should opt for the entry of Thiago Salles.
