Silas still has doubts regarding the team that will face Santos at the Maracanã.

The Flamengo coach didn't confirm who will start playing against Santos, but he did say that David should replace Jean in defense.
In a press conference after training, one of the first questions was, obviously, about the possible debut of the attacking duo formed by Deivid and Diogo. Silas dodged the question and stated that he will still wait for clues about how the Santos team will be lined up.
"It's a possibility, and this issue involves other things. Diogo showed good conditioning in the games he participated in, he trained normally, but we'll wait until tomorrow to see Dorival's idea and see what happens," he said.
The coach apologized to the press for not revealing the team, said that David should replace Jean, but preferred to maintain the suspense.
"I'd like to reveal the team to you. But to keep it a surprise until the game, let's wait and see if we can take advantage of that. David will be in defense, no mystery there. Ideally, I would reveal the team. It's not just a matter of positioning and substitutions, depending on who will be on the field," he added.
