After a morning physical activity on Barra da Tijuca beach, the Flamengo squad returned this Tuesday afternoon to CT Ninho do Urubu for ball training.

In the first part of the training session, Caio Júnior divided the squad into two teams of 13 players, each with the goal of moving and passing the ball quickly. Finally, the forwards and defenders practiced finishing.

Caio Júnior, who led his first job at Ninho do Urubu, praised the facilities at the red-black training center.

"I really liked it. With investment, the training center has everything it needs to be wonderful. The fields are excellent. I'll train here more, because the Gávea field is a bit worn."
