A victorious Sunday is followed by a busy Monday for the "Mais Querido." With their attention back on the CONMEBOL Libertadores Bridgestone, the red-and-black athletes resumed training at Ninho do Urubu. At the Flamengo Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the team that started the derby against Fluminense completed a recovery workout.
Meanwhile, the rest of the group went to Field 4, where they warmed up and then practiced with the ball. Coach Zé Ricardo's activities initially focused on long passes. Afterwards, they performed group work on a reduced-size field, which included the participation of Argentinian Darío Conca and number 10 Ederson.

On Field 5, midfielder Diego continued his recovery process after surgery on his right knee, an injury sustained in the international competition match against Atlético-PR at Maracanã Stadium. Physiotherapist Fred Manhães coordinated physical and ball exercises on the pitch.

Activities at CT George Helal will resume on Tuesday afternoon (02), aiming at the next challenge of Mais Querido in search of winning the America. On Wednesday (03), at Maracanã, Flamengo will face Universidad Católica, with the ball rolling from 21:45 pm.
