Coach Joel Santana organized another tactical training session ahead of the match against Paraná on Saturday (13/10) in Curitiba. In the attack versus defense activity, Joel opted to first put the starters on defense.
In the second half, the coach switched up the lineup, and the starters went on the attack. The starting lineup was: Bruno; Léo Moura, Fábio Luciano, Ronaldo Angelim, and Juan; Rômulo, Cristian, Ibson, and Toró; Maxi and Souza.
The coach stopped the activity several times to correct positioning errors, but he liked the movement he saw.
- "The team trained well. I liked the team's movement in today's activity."
On the other side of the field, assistant coach Andrade was practicing finishing with the squad. The highlight of the session was five-time champion Kléberson, who displayed outstanding skill in his finishing.
Striker Paulo Sérgio, who is recovering from collarbone surgery, trained separately from the squad. He simply ran laps around the field.
