Back at CT George Helal after last Saturday's match (08), Flamengo turns its attention to this Wednesday's (12) match against Atlético-PR, valid for the Conmebol Libertadores Bridgestone. The athletes started pre-training activities at the Flamengo Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), which consisted of muscle activation and injury prevention exercises.

On Field 4, goalkeeping coach Vitor Hugo led a drill focusing on goal clearances during corner kicks with the goalkeepers, while the rest of the group moved to Field 5 for warm-up. Following that, Zé Ricardo guided the squad through a technical training session focused on passing accuracy and movement.
The activity included the participation of Argentine midfielder Darío Conca and was divided into two parts. Initially, the training focused on triangulations, with quick one-touch passing drills. Following that, the group split between the players who started the game against Vasco, who did specific ball work with Conca, and the rest of the group, who performed technical training on a reduced-size pitch.

Zé Ricardo's men will return to Ninho do Urubu on Tuesday afternoon (11), when they will finalize their preparation for the next challenge in the most important competition on the continent. The match against Atlético-PR will be played at Maracanã, with kick-off at 21:45 pm.
