Ticket exchange for Flamengo vs Grêmio will be mandatory
Fan club members will not be able to access the stadium with their Nação Rubro-Negra Program ticket; exchange points open this Monday.
By Flamengo Communication - inFlamengo faces Grêmio on October 23, in the second leg of the CONMEBOL Libertadores semifinal, at Maracanã and access to the stadium with a ticket card will not be allowed for this match.
The exchange of the voucher generated in the online purchase for the physical ticket will be mandatory and can be done at one of the exchange points made available by Flamengo.
Starting this Sunday, October 13th, the voucher will be available to print in the shopping cart of members who have secured tickets, on the Nação Rubro-Negra website.
Procedure and documents required to exchange tickets:
1. Documentation required for withdrawal:
- Original document with photo of the holder
- CPF of the holder
- Purchase voucher printed and signed by the holder
- Proof of half-price ticket, if applicable
- Credit card** used for the purchase. If it belongs to a third party, bring, in addition to the above documents, a handwritten authorization from the cardholder. (model that is on the voucher) authorizing the withdrawal of tickets
2. Documentation required for third parties to withdraw from the fan membership plan or credit card:
- Original document with photo
- CPF holder
- Purchase voucher signed by the registered and credit card holder
- Proof of half-price ticket, if applicable
- Credit card** used for purchase.
- Official document with photo (RG, CNH, Work Card) of the holder (of the plan and credit card)
- Authorization from the holder (of the fan membership plan and credit card) written in their own handwriting (model found on the voucher) authorizing the withdrawal of tickets
**Virtual credit card: you will need to present a printout of the card used at the time of purchase and the app when collecting your ticket.

We are very concerned about the convenience and ease of purchase and access for our fans and we know that such a change causes inconvenience, which is why we have set up a special exchange scheme for the Nation.
All competent bodies were involved (BEPE, MP-RJ and PM Major Command, CET-Rio, Municipal Guard, SEOP, Metrô Rio, FFERJ) and are committed to the event.
To provide the best service and facilitate exchanges, Flamengo will have official stores open according to the schedule below—including stores at Novo Rio Bus Station and Santos Dumont Airport—to serve fans coming to Rio. Check the locations, dates, and times below and redeem your tickets for this match in advance. Ticket exchange points open this Monday (14) and remain open until the day of the game.
On October 21st, the Commerce Day holiday, only the following points will be open: Maracanã and Gávea ticket offices.
There will be no exchange at Maracanã on 20/10, due to the Flamengo x Fluminense classic, and on 23/10, the day of the match.
