The CRFlamengo Futsal teams failed to surprise their opponents in the final round of the 2008 Rio de Janeiro Futsal Championship. The adult team traveled to Cabo Frio to face Drogarias do Povo and ended up losing 4-3. The under-15 and under-17 teams also struggled to produce good plays and lost, playing in Gávea, to Nilopolitano. The under-15 team lost 5-3, and the under-17 team lost 5-1.

The youth team remains undefeated in the Championship, with two wins and one draw. The red-and-blacks' last victory was an 11-3 victory over América. Flamengo leads Group A with seven points.

The youth teams (under-9, under-11, under-13) beat the Grajaú teams. The under-9s won 6-2; the under-11s won 8-3; and the under-13s won 11-2.

The Flamengo girls, playing at home, drew 2-2 with the Drogarias do Povo team, in a game valid for the second round of the Campeonato Carioca.
