It's decision time! Mengão finished this Tuesday morning (18), at Ninho do Urubu, the preparation for the grand final of the Copa do Brasil against Corinthians, which takes place tomorrow (19), at 21:45 pm, at Maracanã. It is worth remembering that the first leg, played at Arena Corinthians, ended in a 0-0 draw. In case of a simple victory, Mais Querido will win the fourth championship of the national competition.

Coach Dorival Júnior led a tactical training session and fine-tuned the team's final details, which will take to the field this Wednesday. The only player missing will be midfielder João Gomes, who is suspended due to his third yellow card in the first leg.

Flamengo and Corinthians have faced each other 147 times, with Mengão having the upper hand. Flamengo has won 61 times, drawn 32, and lost 54 times. This is the eighth time Flamengo has reached the Copa do Brasil final. Flamengo last won the competition in 2013, defeating Athletico-PR 2-0 at the Maracanã stadium.
