Since 2005 at Gávea, he has played the most matches for Flamengo in the current squad and has already won five major titles and two awards as the best player in his position in Brazil.

I've always had great professionals working with me," said the player, who thanked Leandro, the greatest right-back in Flamengo's history, for the praise.
"It's great to receive praise from Leandro. I'm speechless. He was a great player, and I know the responsibility of wearing this jersey. It's great to have this kind of support, and I hope it brings even better results for the rest of the season," he concluded.
