Barcelona is on fire in Europe. They thrashed Stuttgart and advanced in the Champions League, and continue to lead the Spanish Championship. Messi, Pedro, and Henry have been the standout players for the Catalan team. However, another Henry is hoping to shine next Sunday. It's Everton Silva, nicknamed after the French star by his teammates due to his physical resemblance to the European striker.

No Camp Nou, and certainly no Real Madrid. Everton Silva's classic match will indeed be at the Engenhão stadium, against Botafogo. The player has a great chance of starting in next Sunday's game. Leonardo Moura suffered a sprained right ankle in the match against Universidad de Chile, and despite wanting to play against his rival, he is unlikely to be fit.

"It's complicated for him to play, as there's little time to recover him. It's difficult, but we'll wait and see. We still have Friday and Saturday to do the treatment. Only then will he be re-evaluated. Time is short, but we'll try," explained Flamengo's doctor, Marcelo Soares.

Despite being upset about his teammate's injury, Everton Silva is thrilled at the possibility of returning to Flamengo's starting lineup.

"Unfortunately, Léo Moura suffered this injury. He even spoke to me to get ready for the derby, and that's what I'm going to do. This is an opportunity I've been waiting for for some time, and I've been working towards it. I'm going to do my best to seize it in the best way possible," he said.

During his time at Flamengo, Everton Silva has already played 33 matches. Two of them were against Botafogo: in the 2009 Taça Guanabara and in the Carioca Championship final. He wasn't on the field in the first round of this year's State Championship semi-final, but he wants to get revenge on the black and white team.

"It's a classic match against a club that's been stinging with a grudge. They took us out on set pieces. Loco Abreu won't be playing in this game, but we'll study all of that for Sunday. It has a taste of revenge and we want the victory," he stated.

This season, Everton Silva has already participated in seven matches, with five wins, one draw, and one loss.
