Flamengo's reserve team is heading to Brasília this Thursday, where they will play a friendly match against Al Khoyol of Lebanon. Assistant coach Marcelo Salles will lead the team. Having been at Gávea for a long time, "Fera," as he's nicknamed by the players, dreams of leading a top team in the future. He's grateful for the opportunity and hopes to achieve a good result. He also, of course, has the role of providing a match overview for coach Andrade.

"Andrade is giving me an opportunity, and I hope to deliver. It's a friendly match, but Flamengo always goes out on the field to win, and I want to get a good result. I'll analyze the game and pass the information on to Andrade, who might give one or another player an opportunity in the next Taça Rio matches," he said.

Goalkeeper Paulo Victor is another who believes that the assistant coach has all the conditions to succeed as a coach.
