After winning the first leg of the 2023 Campeonato Carioca semifinal 3-2, Flamengo will face Vasco again next Sunday (19), at 18 pm, for the second and decisive match of this phase. The duel will be played at Maracanã and, this time, the home field will be played by the opposing team. Therefore, the entire ticket sales process will follow the home club's determinations and will be carried out from 10 am this Thursday (16), on the website ingressosa.com and at physical points of sale detailed at the end of this article.

Given that Flamengo does not have home advantage in the match and is not responsible for selling tickets, sales for the red-black fans will begin simultaneously for Nação members and other red-black fans, meaning there will be no order of purchase priority.

Additionally, all full members, regardless of their plan, will be entitled to purchase tickets at a half-price discount (50% off the full price), with no additional discounts or benefits for guests. The use of ticket cards will also not be permitted, and therefore, the online purchase voucher must be exchanged for a physical match ticket.

IMPORTANT: Online sales for the general public and Flamengo fan members are limited to one ticket per registration, meaning the 50% discount for Nação Sócio-Torcedor members only applies to the plan holder.

To collect a ticket, fans must present all of the following documents, WITHOUT EXCEPTION: 
- Voucher generated at the time of purchase, filled out, printed and signed; 
- Original document with photo or certified photocopy; 
- Proof of half-price ticket (if half-price ticket was purchased).

ATTENTION: 
Tickets for individuals under 15 years of age may only be collected when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, who must also present a ticket from the same section as the minors at the time of collection. 

Cancellation requests will only be accepted up to 7 days after the purchase date, provided the cancellation period is within 24 hours of the event date. Therefore, for purchases made close to the event date, tickets can only be canceled up to 24 hours before the event date.
