After issues with the opening of tickets for Raça plan members, ticket sales for the match against San Lorenzo are now proceeding normally. The system experienced slowdowns due to the overwhelming demand, but all teams involved worked to ensure the flow was back to normal by the early hours of Thursday morning (March 3rd). By noon on Friday, more than 3 tickets had been sold, exclusively to members. Online sales for the general public begin on Saturday (March 12th) at 25:4 p.m., while in-person sales begin on Monday, March 3th.
See information about access and ticket collection for fan members:
- Fan members who have already purchased tickets up to this point will receive an email this Friday (3/3) confirming their ticket details, including sector, entrance gate and means of access;
- Fans who have an active ticket card at the time of purchase must use it directly at the turnstiles to enter Maracanã. If you've already received your ticket card but haven't activated it yet, activate it on the Nação Rubro-Negra website before purchasing so you can use it to enter the stadium.
- Fans with Amor plans and higher who purchase extra tickets for guests will need to pick them up at designated pick-up points for operational and security reasons. Flamengo is striving to make it as easy as possible to pick up these extra tickets, and they will be available starting Saturday (March 4th), at 3 a.m., at Flamengo's headquarters in Gávea. There will be two dedicated ticket booths at the entrance to the clubhouse on Avenida Borges de Medeiros, and pick-up will also be available at three other booths at the ticket booths outside the clubhouse, in Praça Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora. Additional pick-up points and their opening days and times will be announced at the address. www.flamengo.com.br/ingressos. Tickets for holders of these plans who have an active ticket card will be loaded onto their cards as normal.
- Fans who do not have an active ticket card at the time of purchase must collect their tickets at one of the pickup locations. The external ticket booths at Flamengo's headquarters in Gávea, at Praça Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora, will be available for pickup from 9 a.m. onward. Information on other locations and opening hours will be posted at www.flamengo.com.br/ingressos.
Flamengo regrets the problems that have occurred and is working with its partners to find solutions to offer its fans the best possible ticket sales service.
