In the second half of Flamengo's 3-0 victory over Atlético-GO, young Vinicius Jr. was given a few more minutes on the field by coach Zé Ricardo for the first team. With the result already secured, the 16-year-old, a product of the Flamengo youth academy, showed less nervousness than in his debut, which took place in front of a packed Maracanã stadium.

"Today I'm more relaxed, with the confidence of the group. I've been training a lot during the week and, as time goes by, day by day, the nervousness and anxiety are easing up," commented Vinicius, who thanked the fans present at Serra Dourada for their support. "I'm very happy for the recognition," he concluded.

Also against Atlético-GO, Mais Querido will return to the field this Wednesday (24), at the same venue as this Saturday's (20) match. The match will start at 21:45 pm.
