After the activities at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA) concluded, the athletes moved to Field 5, where they warmed up with ball exercises and stretching. Meanwhile, on the adjacent pitch designated for goalkeepers, coach Vitor Hugo guided the players in improving their footwork.

Next, it was time for tactical training. Coach Zé Ricardo instructed the group regarding the strengths and weaknesses of their next opponent, defining the game plan for the match. Set pieces also received special attention during the session. Simultaneously, Argentine defender Donatti worked with the ball on the pitch, guided by physical trainer Roberto Oliveira.

The squad will return to the training center on Friday morning (02) to continue preparations for the derby. The match will be played at the Raulino de Oliveira stadium, in Volta Redonda-RJ, with kick-off at 11 am.
