This Friday morning (21) was very busy at CT George Helal, in Vargem Grande (RJ). On the penultimate day of training before the semi-final of the Campeonato Carioca, Flamengo carried out warm-ups and specific activities at Field 5 of Ninho do Urubu.
The squad started the day working out in the gym before heading to Field 5. In the first part of the session, coach Zé Ricardo led a practice session on crossing and passing into the box. Afterwards, the coach carried out tactical work, fine-tuning the final details for the derby.

The group returns to CT this Saturday (22) to complete the last day of training before the classic against Botafogo. The match will be this Sunday, at 16 pm, at Maracanã.
