Wesley Vinícius França Lima is no longer a player for Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. The 20-year-old right-back officially said goodbye to the club this Monday (28), after agreeing his transfer to Italian football and signing a contract with AS Roma.

A native of Açailândia, Maranhão, Wesley played 139 matches for Manto Sagrado, scored 4 goals and marked his time at the club with dedication, speed and personality.

From the youth ranks to the professional squad, he built a career marked by dedication and respect for the red and black shirt.

Flamengo thanks him for his services and wishes the athlete much success in the new stage of his career.

Anyone who is a Flamengo fan knows that only a red-and-black kid could wear the mythical number 43 on his shirt.
