Willians wants victory for peace of mind
Midfielder believes a positive result against Ceará could improve the atmosphere at Flamengo

The game next Saturday (August 14.08th) against Ceará, at the Maracanã, is worth much more than three points for Flamengo. It's worth a vote of confidence from the fans, an end to a four-game winless streak in the Brazilian Championship, and the peace of mind to work during the coming week.
Aware of this, midfielder Willians emphasizes the importance of a victory, but praises the Fortaleza team and predicts a great game this weekend.
"It's an important game. A victory will give us a lot of peace of mind, because we're coming off a series of bad results, but we have to work hard during the week to be prepared. Ceará is a strong team that will give us trouble, and I'm sure it will be a great match," said the number 8, who hopes for the support of the fans to leave the field with the three points.
"We expect the fans to be on our side. We know they're a little wary, that things aren't going very well right now, but they are very important to us. With them on our side, it's difficult to beat Flamengo at the Maracanã," he stated.
Willians also believes that Renato Abreu's debut can give the midfield an extra boost and that Leandro Amaral can help score goals in attack, but says that the whole group needs to dedicate themselves to achieving their goals.
