Defender Pablo is Mengão's third reinforcement for the 2022 season
The 30-year-old defender signed a contract with the Mais Querido until December 2025.

There's a new sheriff in the area! This Monday (14), Flamengo announced the signing of defender Pablo, who was at Lokomotiv Moscow, in Russia. The 30-year-old player signed a contract with Mais Querido until December 2025 and reinforces the team in the disputes of Cariocão, Libertadores, Campeonato Brasileiro and Copa do Brasil.
Early in his career, Pablo played for a few lesser-known clubs before making his mark at Ponte Preta. In 2015, he transferred to Bordeaux in France, where he was managed by Paulo Sousa. Together, the two played 35 matches, with the defender starting in all of them.
In Brazil, the athlete also played for Grêmio (2012) and Corinthians (2017), winning the Brazilian championship in the same year. At Lokomotiv Moscow, his last club, Pablo played in 30 matches and scored two goals.
In 2018, the defender was called up by Tite for the Brazilian National Team, where he played two games (2-0 against Saudi Arabia and 1-0 against Cameroon).
