In the second training session ahead of the final round of the Brazilian Championship against Atlético-PR, the red-and-black squad conducted tactical exercises focused on the final challenge of the season. Coach Zé Ricardo outlined the lineup that will take the field for the match and aimed to define the team's game plan.
With Arena da Baixada's synthetic turf in mind, the team will conduct a series of exercises on the new synthetic turf built at CT George Helal, in an attempt to adapt to this different terrain. The Mais Querido professional team debuted on the new facility this Thursday (01) during warm-up. Afterwards, all the athletes proceeded to Field 1, where tactical training took place. During the training, the red-and-black coach instructed the players on the formation and strengths of the opponent, guiding the team according to the areas to be exploited in the match.
Flamengo will visit the team from Paraná on Sunday, December 11th. The match is scheduled to kick off at 17 pm.
