In an activity carried out this Thursday (21), coach Zé Ricardo led tactical work with the red-black group at the George Helal Training Center, in Vargem Grande. The training involved quick passing exchange exercises, seeking to improve the accuracy of this fundamental, and movement in order to create options for teammates.

After muscle activation work at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the athletes headed to Field 2 to begin their ball practice. The group then moved to Field 1 for their training session.

In the first part of the activity, the group was divided into three teams. The team in possession of the ball aimed to complete 12 passes, while the other attempted to intercept them. Once one of these objectives was achieved, the team that failed to do so would move on to face the third. The next activity focused on finishing and building plays, with a defensive numerical disadvantage.

Flamengo continues preparations for next Monday's match (25), against América-MG. The match will be played at the Kléber Andrade Stadium, in Cariacica (ES), with the ball rolling from 20 pm.
