After muscle activation work at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the athletes headed to field 2 for a ball warm-up. The activity consisted of four athletes exchanging quick passes, while two, in the center of the demarcated area, attempted to intercept the passes.

Next, tactical training began. The focus was on positioning and building plays from the defense. Zé Ricardo closely monitored his players throughout the activity, adjusting the team's positioning and providing guidance.

The team will return to training in the afternoon, focused on the match against Figueirense next Sunday (12). The match will take place at the Orlando Scarpelli Stadium, in Florianópolis, and will start at 16 pm.
