On Tuesday (28), the red-black group met at the George Helal Training Center to carry out the last activity before the trip to Cariacica (ES). During the work, coach Zé Ricardo led tactical and technical activities on the pitch at Field 2. This was the last work done in Rio before the match against Internacional.

The players began the day with physical training at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA). They then headed to the field to begin training. The tactical drill consisted of building plays, focusing on creating and filling space. After that, it was time for offensive and defensive set pieces.

Finally, Zé Ricardo led a technical activity on a demarcated strip of the field with part of the group. The practice focused on rapid passing, movement, and reaction speed for intercepting passes.

This afternoon, the team will travel to Cariacica (ES), where they will face Internacional on Wednesday (28). The game will be held at Kléber Andrade Stadium, with the ball rolling at 19:30 pm.
