Zé Ricardo leads the final training session before the decisive Copa Sudamericana clash

Zé Ricardo guided the athletes in tactical work carried out on Field 3 of the George Helal Training Center, in Vargem Grande. Finally, there was training of set pieces and rehearsed plays.

After muscle activation work at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the group headed to Field 2 to begin ball practice. First, they warmed up, with exercises focusing initially on passing and movement, followed by simple touches at the end of the designated route.
Next, on Field 3 of the training center, it was time for tactical training. Zé Ricardo led the training session, focusing on the club's next opponent, Figueirense. The coach tested several formations during the activity and suggested game scenarios to the players in the final session before the decisive match.
Next, they practiced offensive and defensive set pieces, both corner kicks and free kicks near the box. Finally, they trained on a reduced-size pitch, in an activity open to the press.
Flamengo travels to Cariacica-ES this Tuesday, where they will face the Santa Catarina team this Wednesday (31) for the Copa Sul-Americana. The game will be played at the Kléber Andrade Stadium, with the ball rolling from 21:45 pm.
