The goalkeepers began their training session on Field 3 with reaction speed drills, led by coach Vitor Hugo. Meanwhile, on the same field, the other players began their warm-up. Coordinated by professionals from Flamengo's Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA), the athletes performed muscle activation and stretching exercises.

Next, the group moved to Field 4, where tactical training took place. The activity consisted of set pieces crossed into the area, focusing on positioning during the defensive phase in this type of play. Finally, part of the squad practiced direct free kicks at goal, while other players worked on a reduced-size field.

The Fla-Flu that will close the first round of the Campeonato Carioca will take place this Sunday (05). The match will be played at Engenhão, with the ball rolling from 16 pm.
