In tactical training held on Tuesday afternoon (27) at Ninho do Urubu, Mais Querido ended its preparation for the next challenge of the season. Zé Ricardo outlined the team that will take to the field in the match against Santos, valid for the quarterfinals of the Copa do Brasil, which will be played at Ilha do Urubu this Wednesday (28).

After completing pre-training activities at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the athletes proceeded to the pitch at Field 5 of the training center, where they warmed up, led by physical trainer Daniel Guimarães. Meanwhile, forward Thiago Santos, who is still recovering, performed specific exercises before joining the other athletes for ball work.

Next, tactical training was held, in which Zé Ricardo guided the athletes regarding the playing style of the team led by coach Levir Culpi, analyzing their virtues together with the red-black athletes and defining the action plan for the match.

The squad will remain concentrated at Ninho do Urubu before the match.
