This Friday (21) marked the end of the red-black preparation for the next match for the Brazilian Championship, against Coritiba. During the tactical activity, Zé Ricardo outlined the team that will take to the field in this Saturday's match (22), valid for the 16th round of the national competition. Due to the long sequence of games, some players will be spared from the duel at Ilha do Urubu, as is the case with midfielder Diego.
After completing the pre-training routine at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the athletes proceeded to Field 4 at Ninho do Urubu, where their warm-up began. The activity included muscle activation and stretching exercises. Next came technical training, which focused on passing and movement.
Next, the team's tactical approach received attention. During the session, Rubro-Negro coach Zé Ricardo briefed the players on the game plan they would implement against their next opponent, providing guidance on how to build plays and adjust defensive positioning.
The group will remain concentrated at Ninho do Urubu before the match against Coritiba, which will start at 19 pm this Saturday (22) at Ilha do Urubu.
