After a morning physical and technical training session, the Flamengo squad returned to training in the afternoon at Gávea Stadium. Coach Cuca is preparing the Flamengo team for Wednesday's decisive Copa do Brasil clash against Inter at Beira-Rio Stadium.

Zé Roberto and Obina, who didn't face Avaí and did specific training with the coaching staff over the weekend, formed the starting duo in this afternoon's tactical training session. Coach Cuca led a session on a reduced field and named the first team: Bruno; Willians, Airton, and Ronaldo Angelim; Léo Moura, Toró, Ibson, Kleberson, and Juan; Zé Roberto and Obina.

Emerson and Everton performed differently than the rest of the squad. Everton, number 11, missed the match against Avaí due to left knee pain, but has a good chance of being included in the squad for the match against Inter. Adriano and Aleílson, the new signings, worked on their fitness with trainer Daniel Jouvin.
