He had a very positive season last year. Then, in the second half of the year, he ended up having an international experience, which was very important for him. He came back more mature and is working hard, waiting for his opportunity. I believe that if he continues training like this, he can be used much more effectively.

We coaches hope that the process in Congress can be a little faster. It's a law that aims to regulate the profession of football coaches, with some requests. Among them, we want the coaches' contracts to also be signed with the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation), which would give coaches the same type of security as the players. To give you an idea, in the tragic Chapecoense accident, the families of all the athletes received insurance from the CBF, and only Caio Júnior, who gives his name to the law, did not receive it, because his contract is not linked to the entity.
