On Sunday night, via his Twitter profile, he revealed the agreement to lead Flamengo's football team. In a meeting held at the Zico Football Center in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, the eternal number 10 of Gávea and president Patrícia Amorim reached an agreement for "Galinho" to take over as Flamengo's Executive Director of Football. The presentation is scheduled for next Tuesday morning in Gávea.

"It's a huge challenge ahead. The goal is to professionalize Flamengo's football, complete the training center, improve the team's conditions, and elevate the club's reputation as a benchmark. I already wanted to stay in Brazil, and I know I can help.
